Foreshadowing
After finishing 1984 it is crazy how many times Orwell uses foreshadowing in his writing and it all comes together in the end although I must say that the end was kind of a let down for me. Anyways book three makes you realize so much about society and the character of many of the characters in the book. The quote that says "sanity is not statistical" plays a huge role in what happens!

I think that foreshadowing is a weird thing to think about because in reality a lot of our life foreshadows when you think about it...
