Gahh BLOG BLOG BLOG

So I completely forgot to blog this week silly me. I was just enjoying the week of being able to breath fresh air not stuffed full of work and worries. But there is no way I am going to get my hopes up about another stress free week that would just tilt the world on its side. Wow this post isn't making any sense what-so-ever, ohh well. Ohh today I went to barns and noble complete set on getting my own poison wood bible and guess what they were sold out! So tell me who took all the copies...my guess is someone who wants me to have a copie that is falling apart!! Gahh lol well I think it is time for this rambling post to come to a close. Bye

food for thought

SOOOO, today in church we were talking about truth. My pastor preached on the idea that the world is telling us that there is no absolute truth, and that as Christians we should believe that there is absolute truth. This whole morning my mind has really be racing and trying to wrap my thoughts around this crazy thing called "truth". I feel like as time goes on, its going to be hard to live in this world and claim to be christian without being a complete hypocrite on even the fundamental ideas of Christianity. Truth, is going to be harder and harder to grasp and fully believe, whether its truely truth or not.

So this whole spring thing is really getting to me. Like the idea of a "new start".. I have decided for the rest of the year Im going to work my hardest so I can have a 4.0 for my last tri.. :).. alright, well that probably wont happen, but Im going to try. I think Im kinda excited to write this essay, I feel like it will be interesting to look that closely at someones writings.

Cant think of a title post

I have spring fever so bad right now! I had these big plans of working on my essay, reading and working on scholarships and all I have done is gone outside. Today I hiked for 4 hours and loved it. I got to see my dad trip and fall and get a butt full of prickers lol. Yes it was a blast! Now I need to get my butt in gear and work on all of this stuff. Thank you Mrs. Stariha for making the essay due next Monday. Oh yes, it is so strange reading through articles that people write such as political speeches and such after doing all of the rhetorical essay work. Its interesting to see the tactics that people use to get their audiences attention.

Conversation With Mum

My mom and I were sitting in the hot tub this morning and we were talking about all of the controversial issues that we had last trimester. We started talking about abortion and neither one of us could think of a solution to the problem, what a conundrum. Next up was illegal immigration, we decided that it should be made easier for immagrants to enter the country. And then the subject changed to doctor phil and how his show has become similar to Jerry Springer's, isn't it interesting that Dr. Phil always shows the problem but doesn't usually show how he helped solve it? He presents America with this disturbing family situation, and then doesn't show how he helped them, if he did at all. Now its turned into shock value and ratings instead of helping people.

welll working on analzying this article is not so bad but i feel like i only have a few good points to work off of :/ and i wanted to start writing but hthe i forgot my help paper /information on it at school .. uhh whens it due?

Thank you Ms. Stariha for making our first daft due next Monday. Did I have time to work on it this weekend anyways?- yeah probably but I didn't really want to. I was far to busy procrastinating ridiculously idiotic scholarship forms to actually do school work.

PWB and Graduation

I haven't really posted much this week. I guess I've had other stuff on my mind and yeah...but I started Poisonwood Bible and I really like it. I find it interesting. =) So I'm excited and nervous now that we are all (except Matt...sorry. haha) on our last trimester of High School!

It's exciting...but also, at least for me, kind of sad because even though I don't talk to most of the kids in our whole Senior class, it's going to be really weird not seeing them after so many years.

I think it's not going to hit right away when I graduate...but after College starts I think I'm actually going to miss this.

So yeah....
