Johnny is GOOD

Not trying to dis on 1984 at all or anyone who liked it, but Johnny Got His Gun is soooo much better. I can actually pick it up and be excited to read it. It's not always the easiest to follow, but at least there is something going on in every chapter. It's almost impossible but I am actually a couple chapters ahead! I just love how the stories are all entangled and you have to figure out when he is in a flashback and when he is actually awake. It's just the kind of book I would normally read I guess. I'm just glad we don't have to read another one like 1984!
