When Adah talks about her slant I'm guessing she is talking about her old way of walking as well as her view of life. Im not sure but I just finished reading and I'm getting started on my outline for friday!
I think her slant is not only her physical limp, but also the fact that she never really thought straight. She read things forwards and then backwards. She saw everything from different perspectives--she even saw herself from the outside looking in. Her thoughts always seemed skewed one way or another...
