So the other English classes (Senior Composition and English 12) simply did their senior portfolios and handed them in. They did not present. And tons of people in our class are thinking about how they are going to present, but I am confused because I thought we were just handing them in.
So can someone explain exactly what we are doing with our portfolios?
Alexandria,
ReplyDeleteIn my understanding, people are putting a lot of effort into creating an intersting portfolio that they may want to share. Especially people like you that are building scrapbooks. I'm sure the class would enjoy seeing your work.
So, does this mean we have a choice whether or not we want to present them? I would have to say I am wondering the same thing as Alexandria because I am in the same boat as her. It would be very difficult to present a scrapbook, or in my case, a binder. I mean, it would be possible to pass it around, but I feel it would be harder to require someone with a scrapbook to present as opposed to someone with a powerpoint or larger display. I guess just let us know the requirements for that when its time. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteChelsea, she explained to me she wanted to have like an 'Open House' and people have their books out and other people can go through them.
ReplyDeleteSo if we have a scrapbook we dont have to present it, other people will just get to see it at the open house! I like that idea better than having to present a binder! haha
ReplyDeleteAlright thanks for the information, I also had the same question about presenting, but this really helps to clear things up!
