Controversial Issue

Today I had a chance to view our first controversial issue. I really enjoyed Sarah S, Sarah P, and Ben's controversial issue about Gay Rights. I'm glad that we are going to be able to see the rest of it later on during TAG. I'm actually very nervous about my group's issue because I feel like our group won't have enough information or that people will not be interested. So far it is going good and we are learning new things but I kind of feel like I would have gone with an issue that I am some what familar with. I hope that my groups controversial issue runs smoothly and is interesting to the class. Good Job Sarah S, Sarah P, and Ben, I thought you all did a great job!! :)

    I agree, hopefully our group can get the ball rolling in descusion on our topic and make it as interesting as possible.

    I think it was good that we got to finish the discussion during TAG, we had a change to debate a different aspect of the issue.

    I feel like you too Nora. I hope that my groups presentation goes over well and that people are interested and care about it. I kind of wish we had picked a different issue too, but I bet they all will go well.
