I just wanted to ask (make sure) that this is a visual. Does it need to be hands on... powerpoint... interactive... or what? I guess I just want to make sure I fullllly understand the basis of this project before we go and do the whole thingy and do it wrong!
A visual can be video, ppt, interactive, a handout... you need to do this multimedia. Some sort of a handout (CD... agenda... brochure... webpage?) and a guiding visual (posters, PPT, video... etc)
