So I am all up for the hike and everything, I think it sounds exciting buuut how is this giving back to the community?? (besides fertilizing the woods with our...uhm...byproducts.)
Also...are we just gonna hike aimlessly around all day? Like oooo, let's go wander in circles throughout a little piece of woods?

Yes, Laura, we are thinking a weekend hike. going all simple living and backpacking and going back to mature kinda thing. sounds sweet right? however, scheduling is a major issue as free weekends are practically impossible to find and it doesn't really give back to the community besides awareness...and honestly, our community isn't going to really become aware from this. It's Shelby.
