I didn't get to share my quote the other day in our circle..
but the quote i chose was from Rachel's section in exodus;
"I might as well get started packing my bags and get measured
for a Dior gown." I liked it because it just shows how much Rachel
hasn't change and even though she isn't moving back to America
she is still so consumed in the American culture, and using wealthy
men to advance herself.
I had a lot of Rachel quotes too! I think it's because she is the most... entertaining charecter to read about.
ReplyDeleterachel, rachel, rachel! She really thinks only of herself. I thought it was interesting when mrs. stariha was saying that we are all rachels! we are rachel as a country! So as much as I sit and judge how she acted, I have to also think about how I do the same things in different situations.
ReplyDeleteyeah.. i dont know how rachel didnt learn anything from all the things they went through in the Congo. But i agree... rachel is a gold-digger through and through. She kind of got what was coming to her.
